Welcome to the June newsletter for 42 Hastings Road, West Ealing, which will keep you updated on the progress of this development. This new 17 storey building will provide 430-bed student accommodation with associated public realm improvements for the wider public to enjoy.
Tide Construction is pleased to say construction work is ongoing.
Background
The student block is replacing the old Majestic Wine warehouse that was on site.
Development News
The concrete structure for the stairs & lifts is being constructed. The basement and ground floor concrete slabs have been poured, and we will be progressing our concrete slabs up to level 1. Our modular units will be installed from levels 1 –17. The tower crane is installed on site.
The works are expected to complete on time for students to move into their new accommodation in August 2027.
